Spring schedule

A quick look at our calendar for the next 9 weeks (through spring break). You'll see that we will be finishing our look at Israel in the 20th century with a sense of where things are now, both for Israel and your opinions. After that, the 9th grade once again will create an original Purim spiel! This will be performed on the morning of the carnival, March 20th. All of you will be a part of the production!

Jan 23, 30, and Feb 6 - Israel - recent history and current issues
Feb 13 - Read the Book of Esther and start our preparations for the Purim spiel!
Feb 20 - no class
Feb 27 - Brainstorm ideas, start writing spiel
Mar 6 - Finish writing, assign parts, read through
Mar 13 - Rehearse Purim spiel
Mar 20 - Purim Carnival and performance!
